Job Summary
This is a highly autonomous, founder-adjacent Growth role sitting at the intersection of GTM engineering, revenue operations, and practical growth execution. The role is best described as a “Swiss Army knife” for an early-stage AI company: someone who can own CRM and GTM automation, drive hands-on growth initiatives, and help build scalable internal operations using modern AI tooling.
You will work very closely with the founder, with clear guidance on what needs to be delivered and significant freedom on how to deliver it. The focus is firmly on execution rather than theory, in a fast-moving Seed-stage environment.
Experienced Required
Experience in Seed–Series B environments with hands-on ownership
Strong execution mindset; comfortable owning CRM, automation, and operational detail
Exposure to RevOps, GTM engineering, Growth Marketing, or Sales Operations
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM (admin-level not required; ability to assess and recommend improvements is key)
Ability to automate workflows, reporting, and processes (no-code tools a plus)
Commercial curiosity and interest in enterprise sales and GTM mechanics
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity
Open to candidates with 1–2 years’ experience and high potential, or 4+ years’ experience if still hungry and hands-on
Backgrounds from top startups strongly preferred; consulting, banking, or investing experience also relevant if execution-focused
Builders at heart (side projects, products, or self-started initiatives highly valued)
