Our client is building the first AI-native CRM - designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams. They recently announced our their Series B led by GV (Google Ventures) and are looking to ramp up their US expansion in 2026.

The Brief

Title: Account Executive

Location: San Francisco

Salary & Package: $100-110k + Double OTE + Shares

Job Summary

We’re looking for an Account Executive who’s curious, driven, and laser-focused to work with the VP of Revenue in San Francisco to reinvent a billion dollar category.

90% of leads are driven inbound and reps are currently closing 15-30 deals per month. This is a high velocity sales role with an ACV of ~10k.

Specifically you will:

  • Ramp in 60 days from familiarisation to completing a full sales cycle

  • Thereafter lead demos and consultative sales processes solo

  • Consistently achieve quota

  • Accurately forecast MoM deals and revenue

Experienced Required

  • 2+ years sales experience with a complex B2B SaaS product

  • Evidence of exceeding quota

  • Experience selling to startups / SMBs

  • Freemium / Reverse-trial SaaS experience
