Job Summary

This is a founding UK&I commercial hire focused on launching and building the market from scratch.

The role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic GTM and retail/ecommerce growth. You’ll be responsible for opening enterprise relationships, building pipeline, shaping the UK go-to-market motion and becoming a trusted commercial partner to some of the largest retail and consumer brands in the market.

You’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team in a highly entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy and visibility.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and owning the UK&I market

Opening strategic enterprise retail/ecommerce accounts

Running outbound, partnerships and event-led GTM motions

Building relationships with growth, CRM, data and commercial leaders

Helping shape positioning, pricing and market strategy

Driving pilot engagements and long-term account expansion

Feeding customer and market insights back into the product team


This is much closer to a founding commercial build than a traditional AE role.

Experienced Required

  • Enterprise software/data/AI sales experience

  • Exposure to retail, grocery, ecommerce or FMCG environments

  • Understanding of growth, retention, CRM or customer analytics

  • Experience building markets, strategic accounts or new business functions

  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a zero-to-one environment

  • Strong commercial instincts and executive communication skills

  • Existing UK retail/ecommerce network highly valuable
