Job Summary
We are hiring a Strategic Growth Lead to help scale one of the company’s most important commercial functions.
This is a highly strategic player-coach role sitting across enterprise account growth, customer strategy, operations and product. The successful candidate will lead a small high-performing team while remaining deeply hands-on with key customer relationships and global deployments.
The role is ideal for ambitious operators who thrive in high-growth environments and want broad ownership beyond a traditional SaaS sales leadership position.
You will:
Lead and mentor a small commercial/deployment team
Drive enterprise account growth and expansion globally
Build scalable GTM and operational playbooks
Work closely with strategic enterprise customers
Partner directly with founders and leadership
Influence product direction through customer insight
Help scale the company through a hypergrowth phase
This is a high-intensity, founder-led environment with significant autonomy, visibility and commercial upside.
Experienced Required
Experience in high-growth startups, consulting, strategic customer success, partnerships or commercial operations
Strong enterprise customer-facing experience
Proven ability to grow strategic accounts or deployments
Experience building processes/playbooks in ambiguous environments
High commercial acumen and operational problem-solving ability
Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Willingness to travel internationally when required
Strong academic and/or career trajectory highly valued
