Job Summary

  • Hiring an Account Executive to join a fast-growing SaaS business at a pivotal stage of commercial expansion.

  • This role is focused on driving new business growth across Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, working closely with founders and leadership to build pipeline, manage strategic sales opportunities, and close high-value SaaS deals.

  • The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.

  • You will work with organisations navigating complex operational and compliance workflows, positioning an AI-driven platform that delivers automation, scalability, and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new business acquisition across target markets

  • Building pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach

  • Running consultative discovery calls and product demonstrations

  • Managing full end-to-end SaaS sales cycles

  • Developing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Understanding customer operational challenges and positioning tailored solutions

  • Collaborating closely with founders, product, and customer teams

  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management

  • Contributing to go-to-market strategy and commercial growth initiatives

Experienced Required

  • 2–5+ years’ experience in SaaS sales or Account Executive roles

  • Proven experience managing full sales cycles

  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capabilities

  • Consultative and solution-led selling approach

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

  • Experience selling technology or workflow-driven solutions preferred

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Commercially driven with a high-performance mindset

  • Experience within AI, SaaS, compliance, operations, or workflow automation advantageous
