Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and "scrappy" Head of Sales to lead the commercial growth of our organisation, a trusted and established brand in the syndicated bond, rates, and FX markets.
This is a pivotal role to transform our Go-to-Market strategy from retention-focused to aggressive new logo acquisition, leveraging our deep data archives and strong market reputation. You will own the end-to-end commercial process globally, building and optimising sales and account management teams to achieve significant top-line revenue growth.
Experienced Required
We are looking for a proven sales leader with a minimum of first-line management experience, having successfully led a team of five to six individuals or more.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in new logo acquisition within a B2B SaaS or data subscription environment, consistently exceeding targets.
Experience in a scale-up, private equity, or venture capital-backed business, or a founder-led organisation, is highly advantageous, demonstrating an ability to drive transformation and build commercial functions from the ground up.
Whilst global sales leadership experience is beneficial, it is not essential, as support will be provided. A solid background in financial services is required, with an understanding of capital markets, although specific fixed income expertise is not mandatory.
