📣 Summary:
We're partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven AI company building technology designed to transform how frontline organisations operate.
Their AI platform is already used by 100,000+ frontline workers, helping professionals automate time-consuming administrative work including note-taking, live interpretation and phone calls, allowing them to spend more time supporting the people who need them.
Following strong adoption, the business is now investing heavily in its US expansion and building out its commercial team on the East Coast.
This is an opportunity to join while the US go-to-market organisation is still relatively early, giving you significant exposure to senior leadership and the chance to directly influence how the commercial function develops.
Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you'll own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to demonstration, negotiation and signed contract.
This isn't a role where pipeline is simply handed to you. You'll be responsible for building and converting your own pipeline, developing relationships across complex organisations and carrying an individual revenue target.
You'll work closely with Product, Customer Success and GTM leadership to understand customer challenges, build compelling business cases and design solutions that deliver measurable value.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning the full sales cycle – Prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing your own opportunities.
Building your own pipeline – Identifying target accounts, researching prospects and generating high-quality meetings through proactive outbound activity.
Running consultative discovery – Understanding operational challenges beyond surface-level requirements and translating these into clear commercial business cases.
Navigating multi-stakeholder deals – Building relationships across organisations, from frontline users through to operational and executive decision-makers.
Delivering compelling demonstrations – Connecting the capabilities of an AI-powered product directly to customer problems and desired outcomes.
Collaborating cross-functionally – Working alongside Product and Customer Success to design trials, proposals and implementations that create long-term customer value.
Developing the US GTM playbook – Sharing insights from customer conversations to improve messaging, positioning, outreach and sales processes.
Managing your forecast – Maintaining accurate pipeline and opportunity data within HubSpot and providing reliable forecasting against your revenue target.
As the US business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasingly complex opportunities and play an important role in shaping the company's commercial presence in North America.
Experienced Required
We're looking for ambitious commercial talent ready to take ownership of a full closing role.
You'll ideally have:
1–3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, technology or another high-growth environment.
Experience as an Account Executive, or as a high-performing SDR/BDR ready to step into your first full-cycle closing position.
A demonstrable track record of generating pipeline through proactive outbound activity.
The confidence and commercial curiosity to run structured discovery conversations and uncover genuine customer pain.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation.
A highly coachable mindset – you'll actively seek feedback and continuously improve your discovery, negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A self-starter mentality and the resilience required to succeed within an ambitious, fast-moving startup environment.
A genuine interest in AI and how emerging technology can solve meaningful real-world problems.
Bonus points for:
Experience selling B2B SaaS or AI products.
Experience within an early-stage or high-growth startup.
Experience selling into SLED (State, Local & Education) organisations.
Experience selling into Healthcare.
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
