Job Summary
This business is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to design, build, and scale its growth engine as it expands rapidly across the UK and internationally. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and customer success, owning growth end-to-end across demand generation, lifecycle, PLG, events, partnerships, and experimentation.
You’ll be responsible for creating scalable growth loops, driving community-led awareness, and converting interest into long-term adoption and advocacy. This is a high-autonomy role suited to someone who thrives in early-stage environments, blends creativity with analytical rigour, and wants to help shape how AI transforms healthcare delivery.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to architect experiments, automations, and campaigns that compound growth and directly impact revenue and adoption.
Experienced Required
3–6 years’ experience in growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing within high-growth B2B SaaS or PLG environments
Proven track record delivering measurable ROI across multi-channel campaigns (events, content, email, partnerships, automations)
Strong systems thinker with a data-driven approach to attribution, experimentation, and optimisation
Experience defining ICPs, positioning, messaging, and segmentation grounded in customer insight
Confident blending creative storytelling with performance-driven execution
Comfortable operating with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Deep interest in healthcare, AI, and building technology with meaningful societal impact
Bonus points for:
Technical fluency with SQL, Python, JS, or Excel
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Zapier, GA4, Mixpanel
Building PLG loops, referral programmes, ambassador or community-led growth initiatives
