📣 Summary: Our client is a fast growing AI start up bringing the latest advances in Generative AI to physical security to the UK market. After successfully scaling to $10mil ARR in the US and raising a significant Series A round they are looking to start their expansion into EMEA.
Job Summary
Build the UK pipeline from scratch: heavy outbound (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach)
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing new business
Work directly with the founders to shape our UK go-to-market strategy
Experienced Required
1–3 years in B2B tech sales, including at least 6 months in a closing role
Experience as an SDR/BDR with a recent step up to AE strongly preferred
A true hunter mindset: self-starter, relentless prospector, thrives on cold outreach
Demonstrated success sourcing and closing net-new business
Resilient, coachable, and excited to put in the work in a high-performance environment
Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
