The Brief
Title: Account Executive
Location: London, Full Time Office
Salary & Package: £70,000-£100,000 + uncapped commission + equity options
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, target-driven Account Executive to fuel the next phase of our commercial growth. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead qualification through closing high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise customers — and help bring transformative AI solutions to sophisticated innovation and R&D teams.
This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of building category-defining software in a rapidly expanding market. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional rocket-ship teams across Marketing, Product and Customer Success to convert demand into revenue, expand strategic accounts, and deliver tailored engagements that speak to the evolving needs of modern IP, R&D, and legal organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive full sales cycle ownership, including pipeline development, discovery calls, demos, negotiation and closing
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., Head of R&D, General Counsel, VP of Innovation)
Understand customer business challenges and champion tailored, value-led solutions
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Partner with team functions to refine messaging, positioning, and approach for key verticals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategies

Experience Required
Proven success as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling AI-enabled solutions
Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market customers with complex buying processes
A strong track record of quota attainment and pipeline management
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-pace, high-growth startup environment
Experience selling into technology, IP/legal, or R&D-focused organisations is a plus
