Title: Customer Success Director

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a strategic and experienced Customer Success Director to lead and scale a global customer success function within a rapidly expanding fintech environment.

  • As a senior leader, you will own the end-to-end customer success strategy, build high-performing teams, and define frameworks that drive adoption, retention and expansion across enterprise accounts.

  • The ideal candidate will partner closely with commercial, product, and operational leadership to ensure a best-in-class experience at every stage of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and growth.

  • You’ll shape the CS vision, implement KPIs and performance dashboards, and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Experienced Required

  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related leadership roles, ideally within Capital Markets, Enterprise B2B SaaS, or Financial Data.

  • Proven track record building, scaling or transforming CS or AM functions.

  • Strong understanding of global financial markets and credibility with buyside/sellside clients.

  • Demonstrated success driving enterprise retention, usage growth and expansion.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience defining KPI frameworks and performance reporting across teams.
