The Brief

Title: Enterprise Account Manager – EMEA

Location: London or Paris (with regional travel)

Salary & Package: £100,000 + Double OTE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a strategic portfolio of the company's top 15 enterprise customers across EMEA.

This role focuses on account expansion, renewals, and long-term value creation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders on both the customer and internal sides, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Transformation Leaders to help them maximize ROI from a mission-critical SaaS platform.

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to identify growth opportunities, manage complex renewals, and expand usage across multiple regions, business units, and product lines.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone comfortable operating at C-suite level within large, complex enterprise environments.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing and growing large enterprise SaaS accounts (€250k–€1M+ ARR)

  • Strong background in account management, renewals, and expansion rather than net-new hunting

  • Experience working with EMEA-based customers across multiple countries and cultures

  • Ability to engage credibly with senior finance and procurement stakeholders

  • Track record of consistently exceeding renewal and expansion targets

  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments

  • Experience within FinTech, ERP, finance automation, or enterprise software is highly desirable

  • Fluent English required; French professional also highly desired
