The Brief
Title: Enterprise Account Manager – EMEA
Location: London or Paris (with regional travel)
Salary & Package: £100,000 + Double OTE

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a strategic portfolio of the company's top 15 enterprise customers across EMEA.
This role focuses on account expansion, renewals, and long-term value creation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders on both the customer and internal sides, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and Transformation Leaders to help them maximize ROI from a mission-critical SaaS platform.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to identify growth opportunities, manage complex renewals, and expand usage across multiple regions, business units, and product lines.
This is a high-impact role suited to someone comfortable operating at C-suite level within large, complex enterprise environments.
Experience Required
Proven experience managing and growing large enterprise SaaS accounts (€250k–€1M+ ARR)
Strong background in account management, renewals, and expansion rather than net-new hunting
Experience working with EMEA-based customers across multiple countries and cultures
Ability to engage credibly with senior finance and procurement stakeholders
Track record of consistently exceeding renewal and expansion targets
Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
Experience within FinTech, ERP, finance automation, or enterprise software is highly desirable
Fluent English required; French professional also highly desired
