The Brief
Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: UK — Remote (UK & Ireland)
Salary & Package: 150,000-180,000 OTE (60/40 Split)
Job Summary
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow software license revenue within designated industry sectors across the UK & Ireland. You will work closely with regional Sales Management and global channel teams (including distributors, VARs, re-sellers and system integrators) to develop new business and expand existing relationships. Your role will involve leading customer engagement, presenting software solutions with technical and business value, and leveraging internal resources to close sales opportunities. You’ll also represent the company at industry events, provide accurate performance reporting, and implement tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experienced Required
5+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience, ideally within identity security, access management, or related technology solutions.
Established network of channel partner contacts to accelerate growth with strategic partners.
Technical acumen and ability to position technology solutions effectively to customers.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with enterprise-level clients.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required within the UK & Ireland.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC) is advantageous.
