Title: Field Sales Development Representative

Location: London

Salary & Package: £35,000 (£70,000 OTE)

We’re growing quickly and looking for motivated, curious people who want to help shape the future of how people get paid and appreciated.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, qualify and visit potential customers through outbound and field activity

• Initiate conversations via onsite visits, email, phone, social, and other outreach methods

• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for JustTip

• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives

• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting

• Continuously improve outreach strategies through testing and feedback

• Hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline goals

Experienced Required

• 1-2 years of experience in SDR, field sales, or hospitality sales

• Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and personable

• Comfort with outreach, rejection, and follow-ups

• Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn

• Organized, detail-oriented, and good with time management

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• Interest in startups, SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled platforms is a plus
