Salary & Package: £40,000 (£60,000 OTE)

What You’ll Do
Research and identify prospective customers across the real-estate industries and markets
Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on defined criteria
Book high-quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
Clearly articulate Threefold Energy’s value proposition to prospects
Maintain accurate activity and lead data in the CRM
Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets
Experienced Required
1+ years of experience in SDR, business development - Renewables or PropTech a big +
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection
Highly organised with strong time-management skills
Curious mindset and willingness to learn complex solutions
Interest in energy, sustainability, or climate tech (experience is a plus, not required)
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
