The Brief
Title: Enterprise Solution Engineer
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
Salary & Package: 150k - £200,000+ OTE
Job Summary
We are hiring an Enterprise Solution Engineer to support complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles across EMEA. This role sits within a growing Enterprise function and will partner closely with Account Executives to drive new business and strategic expansion opportunities.
The successful candidate will lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and deliver executive-level customised product demonstrations aligned to prospect workflows. Enterprise deals are multi-threaded and stakeholder-heavy, typically ranging from £300k to £1.5M+ in ACV.
This role requires comfort operating in complex solution environments involving Legal, Procurement, Sales and IT stakeholders, often with executive engagement at CFO, CRO, CIO and CTO level. The Solution Engineer will also support architecture discussions, integrations and technical evaluations, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal product and value teams.
The business operates across two Enterprise segments: Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise. Depending on experience, candidates may align to either segment, with exposure to global, high-complexity accounts.
This is an EMEA-wide role based in London, operating in a hybrid model with travel across the region as required.
Experienced Required
Enterprise Solution Engineering experience within SaaS
Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Exposure to large ACV deals (£300k+)
Background in complex solution environments (e.g. ERP, CRM, CLM or adjacent ecosystems)
Strong executive presence and commercial awareness
Comfortable discussing integrations, architecture and technical solution design
Experience working within high-growth or scale-up environments preferred
High integrity, collaborative and low-ego mindset
