Job Summary
This is a true 0→1 AE role.
You’ll be one of the first commercial hires, working directly with founders to build the sales motion from scratch - not follow a playbook.
Full cycle ownership (including outbound), selling a technical product into fintechs and regulated businesses. You’ll help define ICP, messaging, and GTM strategy while closing early customers.
High ownership, high ambiguity, high impact.
Not for someone who wants structure - ideal for someone who wants to build.
Experience Required
2–4 years closing in B2B SaaS (SDR prior)
Comfortable in early-stage / low-structure environments
Full cycle experience (incl. outbound)
Experience selling technical / complex products is a plus
Strong ownership mindset
