The Brief
Title: Sales Leader
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary & Package: 240k+ OTE
Job Summary
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth SaaS business at the point of scale and take ownership of the sales function as it transitions from founder-led to a structured, high-performing organisation.
You will inherit an early team of AEs and SDRs and be responsible for scaling the function significantly over the next 12–24 months. This role requires a true player-coach—someone who can both lead and sell—owning key deals while building the systems, processes, and culture needed to support rapid growth.
The business operates in a complex, under-digitised market, selling a highly differentiated product that replaces legacy software with a more flexible, AI-driven solution. As a result, this is a consultative, challenger-style sale that requires strong commercial acumen, curiosity, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market strategy, improving performance across the team, and building a scalable revenue engine capable of supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Experienced Required
Experience across the full sales lifecycle (SDR → AE → leadership)
Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Experience scaling revenue beyond ~$5–10M ARR
Strong enterprise or complex sales experience
Hands-on leader with the ability to close deals and coach teams
Data-driven mindset with experience building processes and structure
High level of commercial and product curiosity
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Nice to have:
Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or regulated industries
Experience in challenger sales environments
Exposure to AI-driven or highly technical product
